Villas Condominium Association

This website is provided to host community information for the private use of members of the Villas Condominium Association. The association's members are owners of condominiums located at 4242 North Capistrano Drive, Dallas, Texas 75287.

The condominiums are also part of the Parkway Village Master HOA which manages the clubhouse with its fitness room, pool/spa, and tennis courts. The Master HOA's website is www.ParkwayVillageHOA.com.

Maintenance Information for Owners

Please check the documents provided at the links below before calling the Managing Agent's office in order to keep our management expenses - and your dues! - low. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Paint Touch-Up Notes: Homeowners occasionally need to purchase paint for touch up of items that are their responsibility, such as trim around the front doors. Paint can be purchased through ICI Paints, 1900-2 N Josey Ln, Carrollton 75006; phone: 972-416-9798. They maintain the records by the community address or name (Villas Condos).
  
  
• Porch Light Notes: Homeowners are responsible for maintenance / replacement of their front porch lights. The lights can be difficult to locate, so if replacement is needed please contact the Property Manager for guidance.
